摘要

牙齒嚴重磨耗的原因很多，甚至受多種因素共同影響造成。過度磨耗會影響病人美觀、造成牙齒敏感不適、甚至降低口腔咀嚼功能。治療此類患者除了先控制造成磨耗的因子外，整體復計畫須經過多方面審慎評估。本病例全口嚴重磨耗合併有多顆缺牙問題，造成咬合高度喪失及咬合平面不平整。經過評估並與患者溝通後，以牙冠牙橋治療方式提高咬合高度並恢復齒列外觀。全口重建在提高咬合高度的過程中，須確定是否為患者可接受的範圍，並注意無造成牙周組織、顳顎關節及咀嚼肌群的不適。病患經治療後美觀與咀嚼功能皆獲得改善。（J. Family Dent. 6（3）：44－50，2011）

Severe tooth wear owes to many reasons, and is even caused by different factors simultaneously. Besides artistic appearance and tooth sensitive, severe attrition would also impair mastication function. In our case, the patient has had full mouth severe attrition and lost lots of teeth, which caused reduced vertical dimension and uneven occlusal plane. After clinically assessed and communicated with the patient carefully, we decided to rebuild vertical dimension and restore with fix partial denture. During the treatment course, it was most important that whether the patient could adapt the vertical dimension or not. Moreover, we should pay attention to the periodontal condition, TMJ or mastication muscle. The patient had great improve in artistic appearance and masticatory function after the treatment. (J.
