摘要

本病例報告提出一位50歲男性，罹患廣泛型慢性牙周炎，牙周治療前有廣泛性牙齦發炎及出血，多顆牙齒有5毫米以上的牙周探測深度，及骨缺損。患者接受牙周基本治療及植牙手術治療，包括引導骨組織再生手術與鼻竇增高術及移游牙齦移植術。術後二年追蹤，臨床檢查結果顯示，全口100%牙周囊袋探測深度在4毫米以下，89%的區域得到附連獲得。手術區在放射線影像下有骨充填。患者保持良好的口腔衛生並定期接受牙周支持性治療，整體的牙周狀況改善，病患得以重新復治療並預後可維持良好。

This article is a case report regarding a 50 y/o male who suffered from generalized chronic periodontitis. Clinical examination revealed generalized gingival inflammation with bleeding on probing and loss of attachments (probing depth＞5mm). He underwent non-surgical periodontal treatment, followed by dental implant therapy. At 2 years follow up, 100% of his periodontal pockets were＜4mm in depth, with 89% attachment gain. Radiographic examination showed bone re-fill at surgical sites. After the treatment, the patient maintained excellent oral hygiene and regular periodontal supportive care. Overall, there was an improvement of his periodontal health, which facilitate his prosthesis treatment with a good prognosis.
