摘要

牙科治療過程中偶爾會發生異物吸入呼吸道的意外狀況，嚴重時會阻塞呼吸道危及生命，本病例報告呈現一名87歲男性病患於拆除牙科贗復物過程中，發生異物吸入左側主支氣管之意外，經緊急轉介外科醫師處理，最後運用胃部內視鏡取出異物之案例；並藉由回顧1993至2015年間相關文獻，探討異物吸入的潛在危險因素與預防意外異物吸入的方式。

Aspiration of foreign bodies resulting in airway obstruction can be life threatening and require emergency treatment. We present a rare case: an 87-year-old man aspirated a dental bridge into the left main-stem bronchus during a dental procedure, and the bridge was subsequently retrieved using gastrofiberscopy. By investigating 25 cases of accidental aspiration during dental treatments in the literature published from 1993 to 2015, we discuss the potential risk factors and prevention of aspiration.
