摘要

牙周再生手術的目的是期望在牙周骨頭缺損部位能有新的牙周附連（periodontal attachment）增生以及新骨生成，並且能有最少的牙齦退縮（gingival recession）。目前臨床上有各種材料運用在牙周再生手術，包含：再生膜、骨粉、生物製劑⋯⋯等。本病例是以膠原蛋白再生膜合併去鈣冷凍乾燥骨粉治療下顎前牙嚴重牙周骨內缺損的一個病例報告，術後新骨生成，追蹤五年狀況穩定。

The aims of periodontal regeneration are to obtain new periodontal attachment, new bone formation and less gingival recession. Different surgical techniques have been used with different regenerative materials, including barrier membrane, bone grafts and active biological compounds, or combinations. The results are promising and can be maintained on a long-term basis. This case report was a 5-year follow-up after periodontal regeneration, following a combination therapy with collagen membrane and demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft in treating a mandibular incisor with severe periodontal intrabony defect.
