使用引導組織再生術治療牙周骨內缺損之十年追蹤病例報告

Ten-year long-term Result of Guided Tissue Regeneration Therapy for Intrabony Defects-A Care Report

摘要

引導組織再生術(GTR)已被證明可以得到新的結締組織連結(new connective tissue attachment)在臨床觀察顯示這個術式是技術敏感的，但是如果能夠控制好三個因素：患者因素、骨缺損型態因素、手術過程及癒合期因素，則手術的成功率將大為極高。而若要維持長期穩定的結果，則患者的口腔衛生，定期維護治療則是不二法門。本報告是長期追蹤10年前利用引導組織再生術治療骨內缺損的患者，患者本身的口腔衛生極為良好，也定時作維護治療，臨床上觀察牙周狀況控制良好，探測深度維持在3厘米內，全口X光片組顯示骨再生維持穩定的結果。

Guided tissue regeneration has been proved to have new connective tissue attachment. However, this is a technique-sensitive surgical procedure. But we can increase success rate by controlling three factors: patient factor, defect morphology, surgical procedure and healing process. To reach long-term stability, good oral hygiene and regular maintenance is the key. This case report is long-term follow up a patient having multiple intrabony defects treated by guided tissue regeneration 10 years ago. From clinical and radiographic examination, it shows good and stable result.
