We reported a case of a 25-year-old female patient with a complicated crown fracture of the maxillary permanent central incisors, which have been treated with vital pulp therapy using Biodentine several hours after traumatic pulp exposure. The teeth were assessed clinically and radiographically during routine follow up. No spontaneous pain was observed; the pulp remained its vitality and no periapical pathosis with five-months followed. Vital pulp therapy using Biodentine could be a treatment option for cases with traumatized permanent teeth combined pulp exposure.
