Dental implant prosthesis can provide patients with another treatment option besides traditional denture prosthesis. The patient in this case report is a 74-year-old female who was unable to adapt her old removeable denture. Thus, she came to the clinic to evaluate the implant surgery and subsequent prosthesis. After intraoral examination, we found that the right lower first and second premolars were missing. After data collection and treatment plan discussion with the patient, we decided implantation and simultaneous bone augmentation to rehabilitate the missing teeth. Subsequent screw-retaining prostheses were fabricated. She is currently being followed up in the clinic.
