摘要

本病例為40歲女性，主訴為右下後牙疼痛。經過臨床與放射線檢查評估後，進行全人照護治療，包含口腔衛教、牙周炎控制、齲齒填補、局部矯正進行右側上顎大臼齒下壓內縮、右側下顎第一小臼齒全瓷復、右側下顎第一及第二大臼齒植體重建與復。術後10個月追蹤狀況良好。

The 40-year-old patient had spontaneous pain over lower right posterior teeth. After several clinical exam and radiographic exams were done, we had total care for the patient. The treatments included oral hygiene instruction, full mouth periodontal treatment, operative dentistry, intrusion of upper right first molar, full ceramic prosthesis of lower right first premolar, and implant reconstruction of lower right first and second molars. Follow-up after 10 months, she was in good condition.
