This article integrates the eight conversation process of narrative approach-exploring problem story, externalizing problem, discovering unique outcome, formatting alternative story, performance before an audience, new self-identity, preview landscape of activity, with the four levels-kinesthetic/sensory, perceptual/ affective, cognitive/symbolic, creative of expressive therapy continuum structure a theory of expressive art therapy using a narrative approach and investigates the potential effects of media applications in therapeutic processes. 1.
