雲林縣國小教師環境覺知與環境行為之研究-以雲林縣環境議題為例

A Study of Elementary School Teachers' Environmental Awareness and Environmental Behavior toward Environmental Issues in Yunlin County

摘要


環境教育的目的,乃在培養具環境行動力的公民。縱使具備知識技能,若不能體認環境問題的重要性,其仍無法被有效解決。教師是第一線尖兵,因此,研究其環境覺知及環境行為,使其維持對學生教導之熱情,而採取必要的環境行動,便顯得非常重要。本研究採問卷調查法,探討雲林縣國小教師對環境議題的環境覺知與環境行為之現況,和它們是否因個人背景資料不同而造成差異以及它們彼此之相關性。研究結果指出,雲林縣國小教師之環境覺知與環境行為,除了政治法律行動表現僅為普通之外,其餘均達良好。環境覺知會因性別及年齡兩項不同而有顯著差異,而環境行為則會因年齡、任教年資、擔任職務、修習科系、是否參加環保團體及環境研習頻率不同而有顯著差異。它們均不會因學校規模及教育程度不同而有顯著差異,且彼此間有極顯著低度正相關,相關係數為0.366。最後,則給予建議。

The purpose of environmental education is to foster citizens with environmental actions. Even with knowledge and skill, environmental problem cannot be solved if it is well recognized. Teacher is the vanguard in education; hence, it is very important to study their environmental awareness and environmental behavior, to keep their passion in student teaching and to take the necessary environmental action. This study uses questionnaires to discuss the current status of environmental awareness and environmental behavior on environmental issues for Yunlin County Elementary School teachers. Moreover, their difference caused by different personal background information and their relevance are also studied. The study concluded that the score of environmental awareness and environmental behavior of Yunlin County elementary school teachers, except the performance of only ordinary political and legal action, is well. Environmental awareness in different both gender and age are significant differences, and environmental behavior is significantly different due to age, teaching seniority, position, departmental major, whether to participate in environmental groups and studying frequencies in environmental learning. Both are not significantly different due to the different school size and teachers' education and are very significantly low degree of positive correlation coefficient of 0.366. Suggestion is given at the end of this research.
