隨著資訊科技及網際網路的蓬勃發展,企業應用資訊科技來維持或增加競爭優勢,已成為必然趨勢。各級政府單位更是導入了許多的資訊系統以達到行政電子化、管理網路化的目的,即使是學校單位也不例外。 本研究針對雲林縣國民小學採用學務系統之實施現況做研究,探討影響學務系統接受度與滿意度之因素。藉由科技接受模式與資訊系統成功模式的概念,透過問卷進行調查分析,探討雲林縣國民小學教師對於學務系統的使用態度、使用者滿意度以及使用意願。此外,並探討不同背景的研究對象對學務系統所持態度之差異及關聯性。根據研究提出以下結果,作為各縣市教育行政機關、學校機關以及後續研究者的參考。 一、不同背景因子的雲林縣國小教師對於學務系統的使用態度、滿意度以及使用意願是有所差異。 二、使用態度之認知有用性和認知易用性與使用者滿意度之系統品質和資訊品質呈現出高度正相關現象。 三、雲林縣國小教師非常樂於接受使用學務系統。 四、雲林縣國小教師之使用態度會影響本身使用學務系統的意願,符合科技接受模式理論。 五、雲林縣國小教師之使用滿意度會影響本身使用學務系統的意願,符合Delone & Mclean資訊系統成功模式理論。
With the development of the information technology and the internet, applying the information technology to maintain or increase competitive advantages has become an inevitable trend for the enterprises. Different levels in the government have also introduced many information systems to achieve the objectives of electronic administration and web-based management, even so for the school units. In this study, the current situation of practice on SFS for elementary schools in Yunlin County was investigated to explore the factors in affecting the acceptance and satisfaction of SFS. Based on concepts of technology acceptance model and information system success model, the user attitude, satisfaction and willingness of SFS were surveyed by analysis of questionnaires. Difference and correlation of user attitude toward SFS were also discussed for teachers in various backgrounds. Major findings of the study were summarized below for future reference: 1.For elementary school teachers in Yunlin County, background has a significant influence on user attitude, satisfaction and willingness toward SFS. 2.There is a significant positive correlation between the users’ attitudes towards “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use”, and the users’ satisfaction with “system quality” and “information quality”. 3.Elementary school teachers in Yunlin County are willing to take advantage of SFS. 4.Users’ attitude of elementary school teachers towards SFS influences their willingness to use it, which conforms to the theory of technology acceptance model. 5.Users’ satisfaction of elementary school teachers about SFS influences their willingness to use it, which conforms to the theory of Delone and Mclean’s information system success model.
