The research uses different levels of sports involvement as a distinction to understand the differences in their impact on health cognition, attitudes, behaviors, and physical and mental health. The residents of various regions in Taiwan as the object, through in-depth experience, online questionnaire, and field research methods such as surveys, case interviews, questionnaire surveys, etc., the information and the opinions of the people across the country were colleted. Then, the data were compared and checked, using the sequence of induction, organization, and analysis to construct this article to obtain correct and reasonable results. Hence, we could define how sports involvement influeced people in health awareness, attitudes, behaviors, and physical and mental health. The study found that Taiwanese grasp sufficient health knowledge in general, and a good personal hypiene and family health consensus have been developed well. In addition, the public health facilities are well-equipped and public health information is open. The willingness to cooperate with public health decisions to improve the current situation of the epidemic is high. Therefore, all these may be the main reason for the effectiveness of Taiwan's epidemic control.
