芳香療法實務體驗課程學員學習滿意度之研究

The Study on Learning Satisfaction of Learners in Practical Experience of Aromatherapy Courses

摘要


本研究旨在探討芳香療法實務體驗課程學員對學習滿意度各變項之差異情形,最後探討不同背景變項之芳香療法實務體驗課程學員與學習滿意度之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法以參與芳香療法實務體驗課程之學員為研究對象進行調查。預試問卷於2022年2月17日止3月1日發放共計70份,有效問卷為70份,回收率100%;正式問卷於2022年3月5日止3月20日發放共計400份,有效問卷為398份,回收率99.50%。採用SPSS for Mac 26.0進行因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因數變異數分析等資料處理分析。經統計分析結果如下:一、不同性別之學員對學習滿意度達顯著差異。二、不同年齡、婚姻狀況之學員對學習滿意度未達顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to explore the differences and the relations among the learning satisfaction of learners with different background variables in aromatherapy courses. Adopted the questionnaire survey method aimed to investigate the learners who participated the practical experience in aromatherapy courses. The 70 sampling questionnaires were released from the 17^(th) of February, 2022 to the 1^(st) of March, 2022, the effective response rate was 100%. The 400 formal questionnaires were released from the 5^(th) of March, 2022 to the 20^(th) of March, 2022. The 398 out of 400 formal questionnaires were adopted, the effective response rate was 99.50%. The data analysis was conducted by confirmatory factor analysis, Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA through SPSS 26.0 for Mac. The results are: 1. There were significant differences in learning satisfaction among learners with different gender. 2. There were not significant differences in learning satisfaction among learners with different age and marital status.
