變動體測合格標準對空官學生的影響所涉及的相關政策問題

Impacts of evolution of different passing standard of physical fitness tests on the students of Air Force Academy and its corresponding policy-making issues

摘要


探討在校期間體測合格標準產生變動,對體測成績與結果的變化(人工體測、鑑測的合格與不合格的身份,前、後是否一致)有何影響。以由低至高標準演化的93位106年班男生,及由高至低標準演化的103位109年班男生為研究對象。以獨立樣本t檢定、卡方檢定考驗兩年班間各項差異。結果:1.畢業高合格標準的三項鑑測成績皆明顯優於低合格班。2.影響鑑測的可能因素除了合格標準變動,還包括施測環境條件與使用工具、體能訓練成效,及學生接受測驗與參加體訓的動機相關心理因素。3.跑步合格標準有向下修訂的空間,但仰臥起坐、俯地挺身則是向上修訂。4.人工預測鑑測結果只有約53%。5.106與109年班鑑測合格人數都比人工少(106:39 vs. 72位,109:39 vs. 74位),不合格人數都比人工多(106:54 vs. 21位,109:71 vs. 29位)。建議:1.檢討並改進體訓課表。2.應以每年入學體能為基準,做為合理修訂合格標準的依據。

This study investigated any impact of evolution of different graduation standards (GS) of physical fitness tests (PT) on the students for PT scores (PES) and pass or fail identity change (comparing the number of people for pass or fail between artificial test (AT) and station test (ST)). The evolution of GS of 93 male in class 106 (106C) was low-to-high, and 103 male in class 109 (109C) was high-to-low. The independent sample t-test and chi-square test were used to test the differences of various variables between two classes. Results: 1. Three PES for high GS were significantly better than low GS. 2. Possible factors that affect PTS, except the changes of GS, also include environmental conditions and use of tools, effectiveness of physical training, and the psychological factors related to motivation for take PT and participated physical training. 3. There was room for downward revision of GS for 3000m-run, but upward revision for sit-up and push-up. 4. AT predicted the PT results (pass or fail) of ST with only about 53%. 5. The number of people of pass in 106C and 109C, ST were fewer than AT (106C: 39 vs. 72; 109C: 39 vs. 74), and ST was more than AT for fail (106C: 54 vs. AT 21; 109C: ST 71 vs. AT 29). Suggest: 1. Review and improve physical training schedule. 2. Should be based on freshman' PES to reasonable set GS.
