目的:本研究將「精準運動」概念融入體育教學,旨在探討大學生在體育課程的運動強度監測及使用運動心率錶的滿意度分析。方法:以大學網球課學生共47人,實施15週在上課時配戴BAND 4 PRO運動錶以記錄身體運動情形,學期結束後填寫滿意度問卷(5點量表)。以描述統計分析各項運動數據及問卷結果。結果:每次網球課平均的運動距離為2.59公里、消耗熱量為376.05千卡、步數為4330.48步、平均心率為120.50次及最大平均心率為157.25次,全學期網球課的總運動距離為38.84公里、總消耗熱量為5640.79千卡及總步數為64957.25步。有4.19及4.35的學生能接受於課程中配戴運動錶以瞭解課程運動負荷強度及認為配戴運動心率錶能即時了解身體負荷情形。結論:網球課程的平均運動強度為輕度運動至中等運動,學生在體育課程中配戴運動錶能瞭解課程運動負荷強度及即時運動數據。
This study integrates the concept of "precision exercise" into physical education on college. Purpose: It was to analyze college students' exercise intensity in physical education and the satisfaction analysis of using smart watch on tennis classes. Methods: The 47 students implemented to wear smart watch for 15-weeks. Using the BAND 4 PRO device to record the exercising during class, and filled out a satisfaction questionnaire (5-point scale) after the class ended. Results: The average of the distance was 2.59 km, the calorie consumption was 376.05 kcal, the number of steps was 4330.48 steps, the minute of heart rate was 120.50 times and the minute of maximum heart rate was 157.25 times on every exercise of tennis course. The total exercise distance for the semester was 38.84 km, the total calorie consumption was 5640.79 kcal and the total steps was 64957.25 steps. There are 4.19 and 4.35 score of students can accept to wear sports watch on the course which understand the exercise intensity of the course, and can instantly understand the physical loading situation. It is choosing indicators related to exercise intensity and health should be selected as component items for establishing of "the exercise intensity components". Conclusions: (1) The average intensity of the tennis course was from light exercise to moderate exercise. (2) The students wearing a smart watch could understand the course exercise intensity and real-time information on the classes.
