運動與身體姿勢的效應對心電圖心輸出量的影響

The Effect of Exercise and Posture upon Cardiac Output

摘要


休閒潛水是目前大學體育運動技能新興項目之一,學生若能藉由實驗室的實驗,瞭解其在水中的生理變化,如心跳速率、心輸出量以及血壓的變化,則有助於其在水中維持生理機能的恆定如體溫。本實驗藉由心電圖的計算,測出受試者在不同的身體姿勢;平躺、坐立、站立、坐立於腳踏車上以及在腳踏車上運動。由實驗數據顯示,受試者在平躺時,其心輸出量最少心跳速率最小;坐立姿勢,心輸出量逐漸增加,心跳速率也相對地升高;在站立的姿勢,心輸出量也比坐立姿勢時要來的高,而其心跳速率也是如此;坐在腳踏車上的情形與站立的結相似;當受試者在腳踏車上運動時,心輸出量及心速率跳達到最高值。當受試者在水中時,無論是做浮潛或者是水肺潛水時,最好採取俯臥的姿勢,因為在俯臥時其心輸出量最少,心跳速率也相對最小,則流到四肢的血液也相對減少,所以身體內的熱量散失也減少,身體內的溫度也因此得以保持恆定,碓保發生潛水失溫的風險。

Diving is one of the techniques in Marine Sports Department of Penghu University. Students can inside their physiological values, such as heart rates, cardiac output and blood pressure in the water by the experiments in laboratory. The cardiac output was calculated from ECG in different postures, for instance, supine, seated rest, standing rest, seated on bike rest and exercise on the bike. The cardiac output in supine was less than the others and the maximum of cardiac out was in exercise on the bike. In this case, divers would be better in supine position since the less cardiac output generates and the less heat loss during the diving. The function of homeostasis is still working and the body temperature is at the steady state.
