The purpose of this study was to explore the effects on the perception of coaches' leadership, team cohesion, and intrinsic motivation among university varsity table tennis players. The subjects were 211 table tennis players (male 117, female 94) form the domestic college Open. Structural equation modeling was used for data analysis. Results showed the perception of coaches' leaderships and team cohesion can significantly predict the context of intrinsic motivation and comprehensive intrinsic motivation among table tennis players. Meanwhile, the context of intrinsic motivation can significantly predict the comprehensive intrinsic motivation, the comprehensive intrinsic motivation can significantly predict context of intrinsic motivation. These results support the hypothesis proposed in this study, the previous research results, and the arguments put forward by scholars.
