本研究目的旨在探討大專院校桌球運動員知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力、團隊文化、團隊效能間的相互關係。研究中以參加九十六年度大專運動會的大專院校甲、乙組前三名及未得名的隊伍桌球運動員為調查對象(N=186),並利用運動領導量表、團隊凝聚力量表、團隊文化量表以及團隊效能量表等量表進行問卷調查,且以結構方程模式統計方法進行本研究之相關考驗。研究結果顯示,知覺教練領導行為對團隊凝聚力及團隊文化具有直接的影響力,而團隊凝聚力與團隊文化之間則呈現相互影響,繼而直接影響團隊效能。此結果符合各理論所提出之基礎及先前的研究結果。最後針對本研究礙於某些因素而未能達成之目的,提出後續研究之相關建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the perceived coach leadership behavior, collegiate table tennis players' team cohesion, team culture, and team efficiency. Subjects were 186 Division Ι and Division Π table tennis players from the 2007 collegiate athletes game. Structural equation modeling was used to test the correaltion by using questionnairs survey which included exercise leadership, team cohesion, team culture, and team efficiency scalograms. Results showed that perceived coach leadership behavior had direct influence on team cohesion and team culture. Team cohesion and team culture influenced each other, which directly affect the team efficiency. Results showed conformity with the foundation of the theory proposed by previous research results. For those unable to reach objectives due to certain factores will continue on the follow-up studies.
