本研究透過心理學的研究,更深入了解如何增進選手的團隊凝聚力。目的:驗證大專足球運動代表隊知覺教練領導行為、團隊衝突處理方式、運動承諾與團隊凝聚力之影響關係。方法:以便利取樣方式進行問卷施測,發出90份問卷,有效回收75份問卷,資料採Warp PLS 5.0進行結構方程模式統計分析。結果:知覺教練領導行為會正向影響團隊凝聚力,知覺教練領導行為會正向影響運動承諾,知覺教練領導行為會正向影響團隊衝突,團隊衝突會正向影響運動承諾,運動承諾會正向影響團隊凝聚力,知覺教練領導行為變項能透過運動承諾對團隊凝聚力有間接影響,也就是說,運動承諾在模式中具有中介效果。結論:大專足球運動代表隊之團隊凝聚力受知覺教練領導行為、團隊衝突處理方式、運動承諾所影響,透過結論提供教練及運動校隊管理者在經營及處理足球運動代表隊之參考。
The study explored how to advance the team cohesiveness of athlete by psychology research. Purpose: The purpose is to verify the effect of the leading behavior of coach, team conflict handling, sports commitment, and impact of team cohesiveness in College soccer team. Methods: Questionnaire survey was sent by convenient sampling. There were 95 questionnaires sent, with 75 valid replied returned. And data used Warp PLS 5.0 to conduct the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Results: Leading behavior of coach will positively affect team conflict. Team conflict will positively affect sports commitment. Sports commitment will positively affect team cohesiveness. leading behavior of coach via sports commitment has indirect effect on team cohesiveness. In other words, sports commitment has significant mediating effect in this model. Conclusion: The result confirms that leading behavior of coach, team conflict handling and sports commitment has effect on team cohesiveness of college soccer team. Finally, this study provide reference for coaches and school team managers in operating and handling soccer teams.
