目的:本研究問卷調查方式欲瞭解青少年划船選手運動傷害發生的部位、類型、原因、時間、傷後處理情況及處理,以供教練與選手做運動傷害之防範與參考。方法:以參加100學年度全國中等學校划船賽之國中選手,男生84名,女生36名,共發出120份問卷,全部收回且為有效問卷計,所取得資料採用SPSS 14.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體,進行描述統計分析。研究發現:一、受傷部位:以手掌最多(38.7%)、其次為膝蓋(14.51%)及腰部(12.9%)。二、造成受傷類型:以水泡(43.54%)最多、其次為拉傷(27.41%)及扭傷(9.67%)。三、傷害發生原因:以動作錯誤(38.7%)最多、其次為熱身不夠(27.41%)。四、傷害發生時機:以平常練習最多,其次為比賽中。五、傷後練習情況:以休息一週以內最多,其次為沒休息繼續運動。六、傷害處理方式:以西醫治療次數最多,其次為自行處理。結論:青少年划船選手的運動傷害比例達51.66%,但以較輕微的水泡運動傷害情形較多,是極為安全的運動項目,值得推廣。划船選手面臨到運動傷害問題,將影響往後技術層面的提升,因此教練及選手都必須知道動作正確性及運動前熱身的重要性才能減少運動傷害的發生。
Purpose: This study investigated the movement of youth rowers location and circumstances of the injury occurred to the coach and sports injury prevention and reference. Methods: The subjects to participate in the 100 yearnational junior high school rowing competition, issued a total of 120 questionnaires were fully recovered and is valid questionnaires, information derived from the statistical package SPSS 14.0was used as statistical tool, descriptive statistics and chi-square test. Were the basic information of the players, parts of the distribution of sports injuries, because the process of situation analysis.The findings are as follows: First, the injured parts: the palm of your hand (38.7%), followed by knees (14.5%) and waist (12.9%). Resulting in the types of injuries: blisters (43.54%) up followed by the strain (27.41%) and sprains (9.67%).Injury reasons: action errors (38.7%), followed by warm-up is not enough (27.41%). Injury time: up to usual practice, followed by the game. After injury practice situation: less than one week, followed by the rest did not continue to exercise. Injury treatment: number of Western medicine treatment, followed by its own.Conclusion: the proportion of sports injuries for youth rowers up to 51.66%, but more minor blister sports injury situation. Rowers face to the problem of sports injuries will affect the future upgrading of the technical aspects of the coaches and players must know the importance of warm-up before the action correctness and movement in order to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.
