增強式訓練在不同學齡訓練效果之探討

The Study of Investigating the Effect of Plyometric Training on Different Age

摘要


目的:本文主要在探討增強式訓練在不同學齡之訓練效果。方法:蒐集增強式訓練相關文獻,以分類、歸納、統整方式做探討。結果:增強式訓練可改善小學學童與增進校隊選手的爆發力,但對衝刺跑與敏捷性表現,呈現不同的結果;而對青少年階段校隊選手的訓練效果,也呈現不一致情形;增強式訓練可有效提升高中籃球選手的爆發力。而無法增進其衝刺跑能力;多數研究證實,增強式訓練對大專階段校隊選手與一般學生的爆發力和短距離衝刺跑能力,皆有顯著提升效果。建議教師或教練在從事教學或訓練時,如欲增進學生和選手的爆發力,可參考增強式訓練課程,而後續相關的研究,可多以青少年學齡學生為對象,再做進一步的探究。

Purpose: the purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of plyometric training at different age of pupils. Methods: collect relevant literature plyometrics to classify, summarize, discuss ways to do integration. Results: it can improve acceleration of elementary school students and school teams. However, in terms of speed and agility performance it showed different outcome, so did the result on young school teams. For high school basketball players, plyometric training can improve their acceleration, but it can not improve their dash performance. Many studies proved plyometric training can benefit acceleration, short-distance dash of college team and regular students. The result suggested teachers or coaches who want to improve acceleration ability of stundents or players can use this study as reference; it also implicated the group of adolescences can be examined for further studies.
