創新與堅持－高南彬教練的桌球生涯

本研究探討一資深桌球教練高南彬的運動生涯，透過半結構式訪談，欲勾勒出其從事桌球運動之歷程。高南彬生於1940年，現年73歲，現任臺南市文南社區桌球聯誼會總教練。1952年因家中開設桌球訓練中心開啟桌球之路，至今從無間斷，目前已從事桌球運動60年。1958年首次代表臺南市參加第十三屆省運，1961年因服兵役代表臺北市參加省運，退伍後1963年至1980年止，持續代表臺南市參加省運、區運桌球賽等大賽。1981年起開始參加壯年組、長青組及國際性桌球賽，屢創佳績。1963年退伍後擔任桌球教練培訓桌球選手，於1974年開設臺南桌球訓練中心，並自創品牌「國花牌」桌球，為回饋桌球界及實踐個人的理想，在1987年前往宜蘭推展桌球運動，培育出不少優秀選手。從高南彬教練的經驗歷程中歸納出「創新與堅持」，為人生桌球之路的特色。

The purpose of the research is to explore the athletic career of senior table tennis coach Kao, Nan-Pin. By semi-structured interviews, we want to understand his tennis career development. Coach Kao, the head coach of the Tainan City Wennan Community Table Tennis Association, was born in 1940. He has started to learn how to play table tennis because his family ran the table tennis training center in 1952. He has been engaged himself to table tennis for 60 years. The first time he stood for Tainan city to take part in the 13th Taiwan Athletic Game in 1958 and represented Taipei city to participate Taiwan Athletic Game because of the military service in 1961. After his military service, he has taken part in many games, such as Taiwan Athletic Game, Erea Athletic Game, etc, from 1963 to 1980. Since 1981, he has started to participate in the adult group, evergreen group and international table tennis match. After his military service in1963, he served as the table tennis coach to train the players. He began to run the Tainan table tennis training center and create the ＂National Flower＂ trademark for the ball of table tennis. He went to Yilan to promote table tennis and tried to fulfill his goal and repay table tennis field in 1987. Therefore, he has trained many outstanding players. We can get conclusion, innovation and persistence from Coach Kao's athletic experience, which are the distinguished features for his life of table tennis.
