國民中學體育教師教學信念之研究-以台南市國民中學教師為例

A Study on the Teaching Beliefs of Junior High School Teachers-Taking Tainan City Junior High School Teacher for Examples

摘要


本研究之目的為瞭解台南市國中體育教師教學信念之現況與差異之情形。本研究以問卷調查法來蒐集所需資料,問卷含:一、基本資料;二、體育教學信念量表。本研究以台南市100學年度下學期國民中學體育教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法。發放300份問卷進行問卷調查問,回收256份,回收率85.3%,經剔除無效問券後,共得有效問卷213份進行研究統計。資料處理採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析。本研究主要結論為:一、國中體育教師教學信念之現況皆偏向多元取向。二、國中體育教師教學信念在現任職務於整體層面及各層面未達顯著差異。三、國中體育教師教學信念於整體層面或各層面,不論性別、任教年資、教師職務、教師資格與教育程度等背景變項之不同而有所差異。

This study is aimed to explore the current status and the variety of Tainan City Physical education teachers teaching beliefs. Questionnaires were used for data collection in this study. Questionnaires used include the basic demographic background information data, the Physical education teachers' beliefs scales. The participants of this study were Junior High School Physical education teachers at Tainan City in the school semester of school year 2011. Data were collected by using questionnaires. 300 copies of questionnaires were distributed with 256 copies returning. The returning rate was 85.3%. After ineffective data were withdrawn, 213 effective questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Data were processed by using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, One Way ANOVA. Conclusions of this study included: 1. The teaching beliefs of Junior High School Physical education teachers were multiple-faceted. 2. No significant differences exist between the junior high school physical education teachers teaching beliefs in general, such as the type of work. 3. No significant difference of teaching beliefs among Junior High School P.E. teachers w found in general or on various demographic variables due to different such as gender, age, year of teaching, teaching qualification or a higher academic diploma.
