陀螺競賽辦法考察—以全國各級學校民俗體育競賽為例

本文旨在考察陀螺活動競賽辦法之擬定與修改過程，採用文件分析法及訪談法，試圖揭露競賽辦法擬定與修改背後之思維，及其可能之影響。為免範圍過大，論述失焦，本文聚焦於目前仍持續舉辦的全國各級學校民俗體育競賽之考察。經考察後發現，陀螺競賽辦法之訂定以現代運動競賽公平、公正、公開理念為準則，修訂上則朝向強化競賽認同、擴大參與層面，及提升技藝難度等三個面向。由於全國各級學校民俗體育競賽之舉辦具有檢視該年度民俗體育推廣成效之意味，故陀螺競賽規則之訂定及修訂，逐步除去了趣味性、民俗性和暴力性，朝向客觀性、推廣性及標準化等現代運動的思維理路前進，已然進入了運動化(sportization)的進程。

The purposes of the study were to examine the process, to expose the thought, and to discuss the influence of formulating and modifying rules of Top contest. To avoid losing the focus of discourse, the study focused on the Taiwan School Folk Sports Contest. After examination, the findings were as follow. The formulating rules of Top contest were based the philosophical criteria of modern sport: faire play, justice and public. The modifying rules of Top contest were based the philosophy to enhance the identification of contest, to enlarge the participants and to raise the degree of difficulty of skills. To the participants of Taiwan School Folk Sports Contest was the index to examine the effect of promoting, and had the duty to develop the folk sport, the modifying rules also considered to accept the suggestions of participants, to avoid the monopolizing by somebody and to help to solve the schools’ problems of organizing training and competing.
