大專籃球聯賽實施主客場制度之可行性研究－從賽事承辦人員觀點而言

摘要

本研究之主要目的為分析大專籃球協會 (University Basketball Association, UBA)在未來實施主客場制度之可行性。研究對象篩選自94-104學年度曾經承辦過UBA公開組男一級預賽、複賽及決賽的10位主場學校賽事承辦人員。研究工具為自編之訪談題綱，經過3位熟悉UBA組織運作的專家學者進行效度檢測，再綜合其建議做必要修正後，完成正式訪談題綱。所有訪談過程皆全程錄音、進行逐字稿翻譯與三次交叉比對，過程嚴謹。研究結果顯示，大多數受訪者皆認為UBA現行賽程制度有很大的改進空間，且均較支持主客場制度，但對於主客場實施方式，卻仍有一段差距；而實施主客場賽制的最大阻礙因素依序為經費、場地及裁判等因素。受訪者並表示，未來在賽制規劃上，建議UBA應考量盡快將賽制制度化、舉辦升降資格賽、考量競賽公平性與增加比賽場次等方向來努力。所以，雖然大多數受訪者支持主客場制度，也認為應該要盡快實施主客場制度，但最受爭議的部分是應如何落實主客場之運作模式。建議後續研究可以先朝向「主場」賽事相關方向進行研究，包括主場經營、主場行銷及主場優勢影響因素等方向繼續進行探究。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the feasibility of practicing home and away games at University Basketball Association (UBA) Division I level. Subjects selected were selected from the 2005-2016 school calendar years that hosted UBA home games in preliminary contest, the semi-finals, and the finals. There were 10 people who were qualified for this study and they all agreed to participate in the study. The interview research method was used for the study. The research instrument was first constructed by the researcher and finalized after three experienced experts doing a validity examination. The information collected from the subjects was recorded and later translated into a transcript. A double cross-examination was used for all the transcripts to ensure the reliability of the instrument. The results showed that most of the interviewees thought that the current UBA tournaments needed to be modified and most of them supported the home and away games. But, as for how UBA is going to practice the home and away games, they seems have different opinions. The subjects also expressed that school budgets, facilities, and referees were the top three obstacles for practicing home and away games in UBA. Although most of the universities supported the home and away games and agreed that it is a better tournament system, they all admitted that there were some obstacles needed to be conquered. It is suggested that future studies should investigate the unique side of UBA home game, including the home game advantage, home game marketing, and the factors that affecting the home game.
