影響臺灣大學男生水平距離跳躍成績的人體測量特質與基本運動能力之因素分析

Factor Analysis of Physique Character and Physical Capacity Affecting Horizontal Jump Performance of National Taiwan University Male Students

摘要

The main purpose of this study is to understand the structure and factor of physique character and fundamental physical capacity of the N.T.U. male students, which influence their horizontal jump performances. The 142 N.T.U. male students (48 freshmen, 51 sophomores, 48 juniors), and 8 outstanding athletes of long jump and triple jump in our nation were served as the subjects of this study (a total of 150 subjects). The study was done with the means of tests, measurements and statistics (t-test, K. Pearson product-moment correlation, one way ANOVA, Scheffe method for post comparisons, and factor Analysis) to approach step by step discussion. The following conclusions were made according to the results of this study: Ⅰ. Compare the N.T.U. students with the outstanding athletes: 1. The 5 horizontal jump performances of the athletes were higher than the N.T.U. students (P<.001) 2. The athletes were taller, sitting height higher, weight heavier, and had larger chest circumferences than that of the N.T.U. students. (P<.01 or P<.001) 3. In basic physical performance, other than pull-ups, almost all of the tests were performed better by the athletes than the N.T. U. students. (P<.01 or P<.001). This showed the overall reinforcement of the basic physical performance plays a big part in the performance of the horizontal jump. Ⅱ. The relationship in and between the variables of the horizontal jump of the N.T.U. students. 1. Among every horizontal jump, all showed obvious relationships (P<.00l). 2. The long jump, triple jump, standing long jump, all have done relationships with the pull-ups, vertical jump, long run vertical jump, side step test, 10 meter shuttle run, and 50 meter sprint. 3. Three times standing long jump and grip strength (left) ,situps, pull-ups, vertical jump, long run vertical jump, 10 meter shuttle run, 50 meter sprint, all have significant relationships. (P<.01). 4. Standing triple jump and grip strength (right), sit-ups, vertical jump. 10 meter shuttle run. 50 meter sprint, all have significant relationships. 5. Relationships between every variable: from correlation matrix of every variable, can be obtained. The related structure of every variable. 6. The N.T.U. students' physique, flexibility, and lower extremities response time, and other factors don't seem to have any relationships with their horizontal jump performances. Ⅲ. The ANOVA of the three different accomplishment standards in every horizontal jump. 1. The 4 factors of muscular endurance, power, agility, speed, have influences on the final result of the 4 horizontal jump standard of long jump, triple jump, standing long jump, and standing 3 times long jump. (P<.05) 2. In the standing triple jump, other than the three factors of power, agility, and speed obtaining a final dicision influence, static muscle also plays an important ole. 3. In the 3 different standard testers, discovered that in the 3 factors of physique, flexibility, and lower extremities, showed balanced homogeneous, differences obviously don't exist.
