電腦遊戲學習對幼兒營養教育成效之研究

Achievement of Computer Games Learning on Nutrition Education: A Case Study of Preschool Children

摘要


本研究主要在探討電腦遊戲對高雄市某幼兒園幼兒營養教育之學習成效,運用準實驗法,採不等組前後測設計,參與實驗之班級總計三個班級共60名幼兒,並隨機分派一班30名幼兒為實驗組,另一班30名幼兒為控制組。在十週的實驗教學中,實驗組實施電腦遊戲融入教學法,控制組則實施一般傳統教學法,在實驗教學過程,兩組幼兒皆接受前測、實驗處理及後測等實驗程序。使用研究工具包括營養知識測驗、營養態度量表、以及飲食行為量表。所得資料並進行共變數分析,研究結果顯示:1.實驗組幼兒在營養知識測驗、飲食行為量表兩個部份的表現皆顯著高於控制組。2.實驗組與控制組在營養態度方面的表現無顯著差異。3 .實驗組男女生在營養教育學習成效上皆有明顯進步,但兩者成效不顯著。4.實驗組幼兒對於電腦遊戲應用在教學上持正向的態度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of computer games on learning achievement of nutrition education for one preschool in Kaohsiung city. The nonequivalent pretest-posttest design was adopted. There were two classes 30 children for each- participated in this study, one was randomly assigned as experimental group and the other as control group. Experimental group was instructed with computer game-based learning method and control group was instructed with traditional pedagogy. Both groups were conducted with pretest and posttest in the course of ten weeks. Nutrition knowledge, dietary behaviors scale and nutrition attitude scale were adopted. The results showed that: 1.the scores of preschool children in experimental group were significantly higher than the children in control group both on nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors in nutrition test. 2. No significant differences were found in the score of nutrition attitude in nutrition test between experimental and control group. 3. Both boys and girls in experimental group make a significant progress on learning achievement. 4. Preschool children in experimental group hold a positive attitude toward the application of computer games on instruction.
