摘要


本研究旨在透過文獻分析,剖析焦點解決教練領導理論內涵與技術及其在學校行政之應用。至於文章結構,首先,進行焦點解決教練領導的理論分析,主要探討焦點解決教練領導的意義、基本假設、角色、歷程及技術;次則探究焦點解決教練領導理論在學校行政上之應用;三則以模擬案例說明焦點解決教練領導之對話應用;最後為結論與建議。

This research aims to explore solution-focused coaching leadership and its application in the field of school administration by literature review. First, literature of solution-focused coaching leadership was reviewed; mainly to explore the meanings, assumptions, roles, processes and skills. Second, how solution-focused coaching leadership is applied to school administration was explored. Finally, practical cases and its conversations were used to uncover solution-focused coaching leadership. Conclusions and recommendations were then offered.
