社區代間關懷方案之發展與評估研究

The Development and Evaluation of an Intergenerational Care Program for Community Care Center

摘要


基於社區關懷據點服務方案大多各自獨立運作,造成部分資源無法整合,本研究以關懷倫理學及代間方案理論為基礎,發展一套結合社區老幼兩代三個不同服務人口群需求的『社區代間關懷方案』,並評估方案執行成效,以做為實務應用。研究結果如下:方案邀請據點長輩共同參與,讓原本被視為是被照顧的客體轉換成為提供服務的主體,不只讓長輩找到自己在據點中的價值感,也讓學童看到不一樣面貌的長者,有助提升其對長者正向的認知、情感及關懷意願與行動;透過據點長者及學童共同為獨居長者送餐及關懷服務中,不僅讓學童進一步落實關懷行動,也讓長者感受到社區的關懷並得到心理上的慰藉。總整而言,本方案確實能實踐社區關懷據點核心價值-運用社區資源照顧社區中需要照顧的人,落實老幼照顧服務工作。最後,也針對方案規畫及執行上提出檢討及建議,供日後相關研究或實務工作者參考。

Most of the programs for community care centers operate independently which results in some resources can not be integrated. Based on the theory of ethic of care and intergenerational program, this study develops a community intergenerational care program that combines the needs of three different population groups of the youth and elderly generations from literature and interviews. And evaluates the effectiveness of the program implementation for practical application. The findings of the study are listed below: The program invites the elders of the community care center to join so that the elders are originally receiving care into carers. It not only allows the elders to find their own self-worth in the community care center, but also lets the school children to find the elderly with different kinds of life. This will help them to enhance their positive perception, positive emotion and caring will and actions of the elderly. Through the meal on wheels service and the community care visiting which are provided by the elderly and school children of the community care center can serve the elderly living alone. This will not only enable the school children to further implement their caring action, but also feel the community's care and psychological comfort for the elderly. living alone. Generally speaking, the program is indeed able to practice the core values of community care centers. Finally, the research can be made discussion and suggestion according to the analysis results and practical experience of the study.
