大學生職業適性分析與職涯輔導應用

The Analysis of College Students' Professional Aptitude and the Application of Career Development Counseling Guidance

摘要


大學時期是自我探索與工作探索的重要階段。學生將所累積的知識與技能,融合興趣與專長,尋找適合的工作。學校職涯輔導的主要功能之一為引導學生瞭解自己的職業興趣,進而達到職業適應與滿足。本研究以南部一所醫事科技大學校務資料庫之CPAS施測資料進行大學生職業適性分析,了解大學生的職場性格、職場核心能力、適性工作類型與領導潛能,並進一步分析不同性別與科系學生之職業適性差異程度。本研究發現:該校大學生適性分數最高的工作為「定型的工作」與「營業的工作」。女生顯著比男生適合定型的工作。男生領導潛能顯著較女生高。不同科系學生於職場性格、職場核心能力與適性工作類型有顯著差異。建議學生根據施測結果,以目標職業為依歸,強化應具備的職場性格與核心職能,未來工作才能勝任愉快。建議科系根據施測結果,對比科系培育目標,將學生需提升的能力規劃在課程或職涯輔導活動。

College is an important stage of self-exploration and work exploration. Students combine their accumulated knowledge and skills with interests and expertise to start looking for suitable jobs. In order to understand students' adequality for their vocational choices, this study used the CPAS database of a medical technology university in Taiwan to analyze students' work personality, core competence, adequate job types and leadership potentials. This study found that students of the university could be cultivated to do "routine jobs" and "sales jobs". Female students were significantly more suitable for routine jobs than male students. Male students had significantly greater leadership potential than female students. The study also found that there were significant differences in work personality, core competence, adequate job types and leadership among students of different departments. The study suggested that students should target their desired occupations and strengthen the work personality and core competences to work delightfully in the future. It is also suggested that the departments should compare students' test results to the training goals of the departments and plan the related activities to improve students' skills and abilities.
