摘要

本文主要是針對現今LCD顯示器之重要組件「彩色濾光片」提出使用噴墨列印技術製作之可行性分析。此技術重要細項包括：「墨水材料相容性應用研究」、「噴墨頭相容性應用研究」、「工程系統控制應用研究」、「經濟量化生產需要研究」等。綜合而言，雖上述各項技術仍有困難存在，但從技術分析結果上看，其使用噴墨列印技術於彩色濾光片製造在新近未來達成技術目標的可行性應是很高的。

This paper presented a study about how feasible the color filter (CF) of LCD can be manufactured by applying the inkjet print technology. In the study, it included the ”feasibility of CF ink” ”feasibility of CF head” ”feasibility of printing system” ”feasibility of industrial fabrication” and so on. In summary, although there may be much difficulty in those new development of technology, it is still very promising in the near future to Implement the inkjet printing to manufacture the product of color filter.
