微小光學元件製作技術應用

Micro-Optical Device Manufacturing Technology

摘要


近年來由於高科技產業的蓬勃發展,IC製程技術不斷地進步,加上消費性3C電子產品亦朝向輕薄短小發展,例如數位影音光碟機,數位相機,數位攝錄影機等等。而在這些微小系統中嵌入微小光學元件已是關鍵技術,其中列如繞射光學元件(diffractive optical elements)不僅可以實現傳統光學元件所無法實現之特殊功能,而且具有體積小、重量輕、結構緊密、可大量複製和成本低等優點。使得光學系統朝向輕型化微型化、體積化等方向發展。而IC製程的應用便是達到製作微小光學元件的方法之一。故本文中將對IC製程應用在製造光學元件的製程作詳加介紹。

Recently, high technology industry is rising. IC process technology is advancing and consumable 3C electronic product towards light、thin、short and small, for example, digital VCD、 digital camera and digital V8. The key technology is to put the micro-optical device into the micro system. For example, diffractive optic elements can take the special function for traditional optical device, and it has many advantages for small volume、light weight、dense structure、mass production and low cost. So, the future optical system is toward light、 micro and bulk. One of the methods to manufacture micro optical device is to apply the IC process. In this text we will delicate discuss about the IC process applied in manufacture optical device process.
