摘要


對光電領域而言,歷年來光電之發展受益於半導體材料之進展,在此基礎上來實現來自原子物理及自組裝化學之觀念,從而產生許多統稱為奈米光子(nanophotonics)的觀念及新應用。如表1所示的各項技術與應用關係,以影響範圍及發表文獻的質量來看,在所有前瞻光電技術中,『量子技術』應該是最被肯定且最有潛力的前瞻技術。本文特別挑選量子點光源技術之主題來介紹其現況與動向。

In the field of optoelectronics, in the recent years, the development has benefited from the progress of semiconductor material. On such basis ensues the concept of atomic physics and self-assembling chemistry, generating numerous concepts and application of the general term ”nanophotonics”. As illustrated by graphic 1, judging from the list of various technology and application and from the view of affected areas and the quality of published documents, among the state-of-the-art optoelectronic technology, ”quantum dots technology” should be the most well-acclaimed and prosperous. This article chooses the topic of quantum dots technology in particular to introduce its present status and ongoing movement.
