摘要


免螢光標定生醫光學檢測法近年來有漸漸取代螢光標定檢測法的趨勢,而成為目前生醫檢測主要的熱門研究方向。其中利用波導模態共振效應(Guided-mode resonance, GMR)所製成的生物感測晶片,已發現可以達成微小生物分子的檢測功能,並具有大量平行檢測處理的潛力;而其實際結構上僅是由一層次波長光柵結構、與另一波導層等簡單結構所組成。本文將介紹其原理、以及未來在生醫檢測方面上的應用。

The methods of label-free biomedicine optical detection are tend to replace the ones of fluorescent or colorimetric chemical labels detection and become the main hot research direction at present. Guided-mode resonance (GMR) biochip is a simple structure composed of sub-wavelength grating and waveguide layer. In this paper, the principle and its application of the GMR biochip will be introduced.
