高分子太陽能電池之退火技術

Annealing Processes in Polymer Photovoltaic Devices

摘要


數種退火的方式已被成功地證明可以提升高分子太陽能電池的能量轉換效率,因此,本文將介紹數種退火的方式,包括電場退火、熱退火及溶劑退火等,之後也將介紹一種新式的微波退火法,最後也將探討這些退火方式的機制。

Several annealing approaches have been demonstrated successfully to improve the power conversion efficiency of polymer photovoltaic devices. In this article, we firstly introduce representative annealing processes including electrical annealing, thermal annealing, and solvent annealing. Then, one novel annealing method, microwave annealing will be also presented. Finally, the underlying mechanism of these approaches will be discussed.
