摘要


本研究利用斜向角度沉積法製鍍銀奈米結構氣相沉積薄膜;當薄膜以s極光及p偏極光正向入射銀膜時會激發出橫態與縱態的電漿模態,進而造成穿透與反射係數的非均向性,利用分離干涉儀量測可測得該非均向穿透與反射係數,並驗證銀奈米柱結構薄膜在可見光具有負的折射率。

Vapor-deposited nanostructured silver film was fabricated by using oblique angle depositon technique. When a silver NRA is illuminated by s-polarized and p-polarized light, the transverse plasmon and the longitudinal plasmon modes are excited, respectively. The anisotropic transmission and reflection coefficients of the silver film were measured by walk-off interferometer. The equivalent refractive indices of the silver film were demonstrated to be negative over the visible regime.
