剖析台日發光二極體照明發展近況與技術佈局
Recent Development and Technical Configuration of LED Lighting in Taiwan and Japan
並列摘要
In this paper, the recent development and technical configuration of lighting with light-emitting device in both of Taiwan and Japan are brief discussed. And epitaxial technique, selection of chip size, phosphor disposition, replacement of light source, function and performance of driving circuit are included. Lastly, prospect of a fruitful future should be projected by tracing the past development and facing the crisis now.
