摘要


本文探討Fresnel透鏡曲面形狀設計,並搭配LED應用於歐規ECER87汽車晝行燈的光學光設計,藉由ASAP光學設計分析軟體模擬顯示,當Fresnel透鏡各環帶面形狀保留原一般透鏡表面時,將有不同之焦距導致光形擴散;當Fresnel透鏡各環帶面形狀重新設計,而有相同之焦距時聚光效果良好,呈現ECE R87所需的光形分佈。

Lighting design for ECE R87 vehicles daytime running lamp with Lambertian LED is studied in this paper. ASAP software are adopted for optical design and analysis. The results show that the Fresnel lens with LED can create an light pattern with about 22 degree in the horizontal direction and 11 degree in the vertical direction. To pass the ECE R87 regulation, minimum values are 107 Lm.
