LED自行車燈的光學設計與實測比較

摘要


本文目的是探討符合德國K-Mark自行車頭燈配光要求的光學設計、雛型製作與實測配光比對,光源採用典型高功率LED、光學設計使用自由平滑曲面的設計方式,並藉由ASAP軟體來模擬配光與光學分析。結果顯示,Lambertian與Side Emitting LED搭配反射面的設計方式,可符合配光要求,最低流明數需求分別為45、72 Lm,但是Batwing LED搭配反射面的設計方式,則無法符合要求。雛型製作上,由於Lambertian LED最低流明數需求最低,因此選此顆LED搭配的反射鏡面來製作雛型,配光實測顯示光形在定性與定量上皆與原設計呈現近似,證實本文設計的可靠性。

Optical design and prototype manufacture for LED bicycle headlamp to meet K-Mark regulation is developed in this paper. The lighting design technique for the LED free form reflector system is established. The final light distribution can qualitatively and quantitatively meet the requirements. Since this new optical system can create very flexible light pattern, that it will be generally applied to the lighting luminaries design.
