Study of the secondary Lens for LED Spot Light with high efficiency and high illumination uniformity

具高效率/高均勻照度LED投射燈具之二次元件設計與研究

摘要


A free-form secondary lens is proposed to optimize an LED spot light. Based on Snell's law, energy conservation law, and a Monte Carlo ray-tracing algorithm, the surface contour of the free-form lens can be determined according to the requirements of an LED light. Optical experimental results show that the efficiency of the LED light can be achieved as 95.69% by means of the lens, and which illumination uniformity 0.317 is higher than the commercial one's 0.259. Besides the lens does not need the help of a white ring holder, so the cost of the LED light is more effective than that of the commercial ones.

本文提出一發光二極體燈具的自由曲面二次透鏡,利用光全內反射的原理,透過非序列追跡光學設計軟體的光線追跡與優化搜尋演算功能,使該透鏡具備特殊的曲面與結構,在無須傳統白色反射罩的輔助下,可達成30度光強度分布角、95.69%的光學效率以及高於商業化二次元件的光照均勻度等工作目標。
