談我國基因改造生物田間試驗管理規範之現況與修正方向

摘要

基因改造科技之發展日趨蓬勃。在此背景下，相關管理制度及規範是否能夠即時跟上科技發展的腳步，也就益發受到各界關注。特別是，在基因改造科技從實驗室到市場的發展進程中，田間試驗管理法令之現狀及內涵，總是在管理層面扮演著關鍵角色。爰此，本報告將介紹我國有關基因改造科技田間試驗管理規範之重要內容。

Genetically modified technology (GMO) has become more advanced and popular during the past tweenty years. In this context, it is necessary to build up a appropriate and definite infrastructure of regulations in the current stage. Especially, in the process from lab to market, field test and management is always the key factor. Thus, this paper is aimed to review and analyze the regulations of field test in Taiwan.
