摘要

本研究之目的為鑑別少年性侵害加害人之作案手法特徵差異；及分析少年性侵害加害人在成長背景環境階段、犯罪前階段、實施犯罪階段、犯罪後階段之犯罪歷程危險因子與再犯危險因子差異。遂以2006年至2011年曾接受過行政院衛生署嘉南療養院之社區強制治療5名個案為研究樣本，再以次級資料分析法與深度訪談法進行研究。研究結論與建議如後：於不同類型少年性侵害加害人之未來處遇治療建議，應基於個案之「危險因子」、「再犯風險程度差異」及「固定化性侵害犯罪歷程」綜合衡量，規劃適切治療計畫為基礎，才能達成個別化導向（individual-oriented）具有療效目標。

This study attempts to explore four important phases of sex-offenders during their sexual offense process, in order to understand the interaction between their motives and offense pathways. Thus, to understand differences between juvenile sex offenders, comparisons on developmental, pre-offending, offending, and post-offending factors are performing. Findings indicate that the degree of intrusiveness of the sexual behaviors committed by the adolescents is contingent on the participation of their victims during the sexual episodes. Moreover, the more strategic adolescents may be more likely to secure compliance. This study shows the relevance of analyzing adolescent modus operandi as purposeful behavior and discusses some implications of the findings for crime-commission or offending process models.
