卑南大溪水棲昆蟲相初探

本研究自1998年2月至1998年5月間，於卑南大溪流域設置八個採樣站，以蘇伯氏定面積水網，調查卑南大溪流域水棲昆蟲的種類與數量。調查結果共採獲7目32科58種的水棲昆蟲，其中以蜉蝣目昆蟲最多，佔總採獲昆蟲的40%。種類數最多的昆蟲爲毛翅白，共計有16種。根據Hilsenhoff的種級生物指標(BI)和科級生物指標(FBI)的分析，各採樣站呈現特優(Excellent)或非常良好(Very good)的水質狀況。

This study investigates the aquatic insects by Surber samplers at eight sampling sites in Peinan stream' Taiwan from Feb. 1998 to May 1998. As a result of this study' 58 taxa of aquatic insects were found, including 7 orders and 32 families. Of the total number of insects collected, 40% are Ephemeroptera, which is the most abundant insect in the study area. On the other hand' a total of 16 taxa of Trichoptera were collected which were far more abundant than other orders in species number. According to Hilsenhoff's Biotic Index (BI) and Family-Level Biotic Index (FBI), the water quality is excellent or very good in all sampling sites.
