水熱法以不同礦化劑合成單晶氧化鋅奈米線特性之研究

Characterization of Single Crystalline ZnO Nanowires Synthesis with Different Mineralizers via Hydrothermal Method

本研究係利用水熱法,以不同鹼性礦化劑與長晶溫度下合成單晶氧化鋅(ZnO)奈米線,藉由XRD、SEM與AFM等分析儀器,探討所形成的一維氧化鋅奈米線結晶構造與形貌。實驗中以鋅箔片為基材,與適當比例調配後pH11.1之Na2CO3礦化劑、pH11.5之NH4OH礦化劑與pH12.6之NaOH礦化劑水溶液,放置於密閉壓力釜中,分別依不同溫度75、100、125、150、175℃加熱20小時,進行水熱法合成氧化鋅奈米線。由XRD繞射分析可得知,以NaOH合成之ZnO奈米線結構,呈現出較佳之結晶性質。Raman光譜之ZnO位移峰值,其結果與XRD結晶相強度相符合,可看出溫度較高會形成結晶性較佳之ZnO相,且以NaOH礦化劑在溫度100~175℃可合成出結晶性佳之ZnO結構。SEM圖顯示使用NaOH礦化劑於100~125℃可合成出品質較佳結晶相與尺寸均勻之ZnO奈米線。NaOH礦化劑合成出ZnO奈米線之中心線平均粗糙度,也比Na2CO3或NH4OH礦化劑合成之ZnO奈米線小且穩定,因此以NaOH礦化劑於100~125℃下可合成出品質較佳之ZnO單晶奈米線。

In this study, ZnO nanowires were prepared via hydrothermal method in different pH value of basic mineralizers Na2CO3 (pH 11.1), NH4OH (pH 11.5) and NaOH (pH 12.6), respectively. The zinc thin plate was put into an autoclave, according to reaction temperatures at 75, 100, 125, 150 and 175℃ for 20 hours. The crystalline structure and morphology of 1D ZnO nanowires are characterized by XRD, SEM and AFM. The XRD patterns show the better ZnO crystalline phase with the NaOH mineralizer. From the Raman spectra, the crystalline results are the same as XRD peak intensity. ZnO nanowire peak are obviously appeared with NaOH mineralizer at 100~175℃. SEM pictures show the good ZnO crystal structure and uniform size with NaOH mineralizer at 100~125℃. The center line average roughness of NaOH process is smaller than with NH4OH and Na2CO3. The ZnO single crystal nanowire of good quality can be obtained with mineralizer NaOH at 100~125℃.
