中華科技大學100學年度傳統課程學生對教師教學之感受意見調查分析報告

The Report of Students Experience to the Teaching of Teachers in Traditional Programs in 100 Academic Year at China University of Science and Technology

摘要


The study analysis 4675 subjects' data students evaluate the teaching of teachers in traditional programs in 100 academic year at CUST. The main conclusions are as followings:1. Most of teachers have complied with the provisions of the school teaching operations, except for a small number of teaching operations with the low implementation rate. Some of students have the gap between the learning achievement expectations and the actual learning behavior.2. Approval degree of students evaluated the teaching of teachers reach average 4.14. Indicate that students are satisfied totally to teachers' teaching.3. Students approved top 5 items are: ”the teacher attends and leave class punctually,” ”Teachers to teach well prepared” and ”The contents of test was within the scope of teaching material”; ”I am satisfied with the content of teacher's teaching” and ”Teachers can encourage students to express their views.”4. On the school level, the difference of students evaluated the teaching of teachers in different department are presenting following phenomenon approximately: Hsinchu campus is higher than Taipei Campus; The Institute is higher than the day school college and the division of Continuing Education; College of Engineering, College of Commerce and Management and College of Aviation are Higher than College of Health Science and Technology; Graduate first-year students and senior was higher than the junior, which freshman was lowest level of acceptance.5. Teachers' teaching operating factors predict the criterion variable (Overall average scores of students evaluated teachers' teaching), 6 significant variables into the regression equation, the multiple correlation coefficient was .356, joint explanation amount reach .127. For individual variable, ”Teachers provide students interview (office hour)” was the best predictor.6. Students' learning status factors predicted criterion variable (Overall average scores of students evaluated teachers' teaching), 6 significant variables into the regression equation, the multiple correlation coefficient was .301, joint explanation amount reach .091. For individual variable, 'I like quiet and pay attention in class,' was the best predictor.
