田口法於輻射狀震盪式熱管之性能探討

Performance Analysis of Radial-type Closed Loop Pulsating Heat Pipe Using Taguchi Method

摘要


本研究製造出不同長度與彎管數新型態輻射狀型震盪式熱管並分析其效能;輻射狀型震盪式熱管(Radial-type closed loop pulsating heat pipe)簡稱RCLPHP。本研究以銅管(管徑3 mm、內徑2.5 mm)為製作RCLPHP 的主要材料;工作流體之填充率(40%、50%、60%),輻射數量(8、10、12)、輻射長度(50mm、100mm、150mm)與加熱功率(20W、40 W、60W)等為4 個控制因子(3 個水準),並以熱阻為輸出品質,利用田口直交表(L9)進行實驗規劃分析,以S/N 比找出最佳組合參數,更以Minitab 執行變異數分析(ANOVA ,Analysis of Variance)計算各控制因子對輸出品質的影響程度。RCLPHP 的蒸發端由中央底部40 mm 之正方形銅板受熱,冷凝端部分則利用強制空冷方式將熱排出。實驗結果顯示,輻射長度150 mm與輻射數量12、充填率60%、加熱功率為60W 時,具有較好的散熱效果,其為液、汽柱頻繁的震盪循環,造成溫度的大幅降低所形成。

In this paper, in order to create a number of different length and bend the new type of Radial-type closed loop pulsating heat pipe and to analyze its effectiveness. "RCLPHP" is the abbreviation of Radial-type closed loop pulsating heat pipe. In this study, use brass pipe (3mm external diameter, 2.5mm internal diameter) as main material to the manufacture RCLPHP, and there are four factors which are filling ratio (40%, 50% and 60%), radiation quantity (8,10,12), radiation length (50mm, 100mm, 150mm) and heating power (20W, 40W, 60W), then thermal resistance for quality analysis by using L9 orthogonal array of Taguchi method, and the optimal parameter combinations will be found from S/N, and the impact of each factors on the quality will be calculated by Minitab. The evaporation side of RCLPHP was heated by the square copper of the central bottom 40mm, and the condensation side used the forced air cooling for heat dissipation. Experimental results show that 150mm radiation length, 12 radiation quantity, 60% the filling and 60W heating power had a good cooling effect. Since the shock of the circulating fluid, vapor column very frequently, resulting in significantly lower temperature.
