中華科技大學教師使用數位化教學歷程檔案之研究

摘要


近年來教育部鼓勵各大學校院建置ePortfolio系統,用來紀錄學生的反思學習、成果展現、並延伸為就業準備。中華科技大學於99學年第1學期起推動教師使用Teaching ePortfolio,並引導學生同步使用Learning ePortfolio。數據顯示教師ePortfolio的建置率很高,但其內涵與實施數年後是否持續使用有待分析。本研究使用PHP撰寫程式,直接由校務行政資料庫擷取99學年第1學期與104學年第1學期,任教日間部四技的教師使用ePortfolio於教學的資料,以內容分析法分析教師的使用情形,並訪談99學年第1學期前到職的教師共15位,瞭解持續使用、不再使用、與從未使用ePortfolio的原因,最後根據研究結果提出對行政單位、教師、與系統改進的建議。

In recent years, the Department of Education encourages colleges and universities to build ePortfolio systems to record students' reflection and learning outcome, so that they can prepare for the employment. China University of Science and Technology started to promote teachers to use teaching ePortfolio and students to use learning ePortfolio in 2010. Though the building rate is high, the content and whether continuing to use the ePortfolio need to be analyzed. This study used a PHP program to gather the teaching ePortfolio data for those who taught four-year university students in the first term of 2010 and 2015 from the administration database. Then used content analysis method to analyze the ePortfolio usages and also interviewed 15 teachers who stayed in school before year 2010 to understand the reasons for continuing use, stopping use, and never use. Finally this study provides suggestions to the administrations, teachers, and system improvements according to the results.
