竹苗地區運動用品店員工工作滿意度之研究

The Job Satisfaction of the Employees Working with the Sport Goods Stores of Hsin-Chu and Miao-Li

摘要


本文旨在於瞭解竹苗地區運動用品店之員工工作滿意度,以探討不同人口統計變項之員工在員工工作滿意度上的差異情形。本研究對象爲新竹及苗栗地區60家門市的員工,本研究共發放420份問卷,回收405份,回收率96.4%,剔除無效問卷14份,有效問卷爲391份。所得之實際調查資料以SPSS 12.0統計套裝軟體,進行統計分析,所使用之方法爲信度分析、獨立樣本T檢定分析、單因子變異數分析等統計方法。 本研究結論如下: 一、此次研究之受訪員工以加鹽連鎖所佔比例最多佔57%,而女性員工所佔比例稍多,佔59.6%,教育程度以大學生居多,佔75.7%,工作年資多分佈在一年至一年半問佔26.9%。 二、不同之人口統計變數與員工滿意度五構面均達顯著差異水準。 三、其中「直屬主管構面」、「薪酬構面」中在不同年資及所得上均達顯著差異水準。 四、本研究員工滿意度之特性爲: (一)女性員工滿意度較男性員工高。 (二)年資越久員工滿意度越高。 (三)所得越高員工滿意度越高。

This study aims to understand the employees' job satisfaction of sports goods stores in Hsinchu and Miaoli area. It tries to uncover the difference in their job satisfaction among employees with different demographic variables. The survey has been conducted for a total of 420 employees in 60 stores. 405 responses were returned for a response rate of 96.4 percent. However, there are 14 invalid responses, the valid responses is 391. VALIDITY-test, T-test, and ANNOVA have been applied for the analysis: Major findings of this study are the followings: 1. For all the stores surveyed, chain stores occupy bigger proportion and up to 57% of the total stores surveyed. For the employees, feminine employees account for bigger amount and up to 59.6%. As to the education level, the majority of the employees are university graduate, accounts for 75.7%. For the period of service, those who have the seniority for one year~one year half accounts for 26.9%. 2. In all categories of demographic difference and the five dimensions of influence factors, significant differences were found. 3. Significant differences were found in the difference of period of service and the difference of pay against the influence factors of direct supervisor and salary. 4. This study provides the following implications of the Employees Job satisfaction (1)Female employee's satisfaction is better than male employee. (2)Senior employee's satisfaction is better than junior employee. (3)Higher paid employee's satisfaction is better than lower paid employee.
