體育組長工作特性與工作滿意關係之研究－以花東地區國民小學爲例

摘要

本研究旨在探討國小體育組長工作特性與工作滿意的現況，並比較不同背景變項的體育組長，在工作特性與工作滿意之差異情形，以及兩者之間的關係。本研究以花東地區國小體育組長爲研究對象，採用問卷調查方式，並以自編問卷爲研究工具，共發出研究問卷198份，回收有效問卷152份，有效問卷回收率爲76.77%，所得資料以SPSS統計軟體執行分析以驗證研究假設，獲得以下結論：國小體育組長對於整體工作特性的知覺屬於中高程度；國小體育組長之整體工作滿意屬於中高程度；婚姻狀況、學歷、學校規模等背景變項在體育組長知覺之工作特性並無顯著差異存在，但在性別與年資則有顯著差異存在；性別、學歷、年資等背景變項在體育組長之工作滿意並無顯著差異存在，但在婚姻狀況與學校規模則有顯著差異存在；國小體育組長所知覺之工作特性與工作滿意具有典型相關。

Abstract The purposes of this study were to understand the current situation of job characteristics and job satisfactions of elementary school athletic directors in Hualien and Taitung areas, and the relationships between them. The method adopted in the research was questionnaire survey. The subjects included 198 athletic directors from elementary schools in Hualien and Taitung areas. Based on questionnaires from 152 athletic directors, the collected data were analyzed through SPSS software, the main findings are as follows: 1. The perception level of athletic directors' job characteristics is rated above average. 2. The perception level of athletic directors' job satisfaction is rated above average. 3. Athletic directors' background variables on athletic directors' job characteristics: gender and seniority result in significant difference, while marital status, educational background, and school size show no significant difference. 4. Athletic directors' background variables on athletic directors' job satisfaction: marital status and school size result in significant difference, while gender, educational background, and seniority show no significant difference. 5. Significant canonical correlation was found between athletic directors' job characteristics and job satisfaction.
