本研究以台南市高中職生為研究對象,旨在瞭解高中職生智慧型手機使用沉迷情況與運動行為的現況,探討不同背景之高中職生智慧型手機使用沉迷程度對運動行為的影響。研究透過相關文獻以建立理論及研究架構,以問卷調查法針對使用智慧型手機之台南市高中職生進行便利抽樣,共計發出450份問卷,實得有效問卷為382份,有效回收率為84.8%,以SPSS17.0進行問卷資料的分析,並採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析。研究發現高中職生智慧型手機沉迷與運動行為表現,顯著受到智慧型手機使用時間的影響,對於運動行為最具顯著預測能力的變項依序為生活作息及時間分配,共可有效解釋運動行為35.1%的變異量。根據研究發現建議智慧型手機使用者,養成規律的生活作息與善用時間分配,才能避免因為使用智慧型手機而影響運動行為。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the smartphone use and exercise behavior among senior high school students in Tainan City. In particular, levels of smartphone addiction were entered in the regression model to predict students' exercise behavior. A convenient sampling method was used to collect data through distributing 450 questionnaires in different senior high schools located in Tainan City. A total of 382 valid subjects were obtained. Using SPSS for Windows 17.0, the collected data were analyzed with statistical procedure of descriptive analysis, Independent t-test, Independent One-Way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Variable of smartphone use time could significantly predict students' exercise behavior. Specifically, variables of ”daily activity” and ”time allocation” could explain up to 35.1% variance of students' exercise behavior. It is suggested that students should have a routine schedule for their daily life so that they might avoid the negative influence of smartphone use on their exercise behavior.
